This Cookie Policy explains how LPTRH LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, uses cookies and other browser storage on lptrh.com. For how we handle inquiries, project files, and other personal information, read our Privacy Policy.
Your choices
Optional YouTube videos and Kuula tours are blocked until you allow the relevant provider and choose to play. You can browse the site, view project images, and use our contact links without allowing either provider.
Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw permission at any time. Reject optional turns off both providers. Accept optional permits both. Choose settings lets you allow each provider separately. Accepting permission does not automatically play media unless you have just asked to play it.
With JavaScript disabled or an unsupported browser, embedded media stays off. The policies and external media links remain available.
Cookies and local storage
A cookie is a small value stored by your browser and sent with matching web requests. Local storage holds values in your browser that are not automatically sent with those requests. The choices described below apply to this browser and device.
Necessary storage
Website protection: __cf_bm
Cloudflare, used through our GoDaddy hosting, sets this cookie on lptrh.com to help detect automated abuse and protect the website. It expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. It supports security, rather than visitor advertising profiles. See Cloudflare’s cookie information.
Your cookie choices: lptrh-cookie-preferences
LPTRH saves this local-storage record after you make a choice. It contains the YouTube and Kuula permissions, a timestamp, an expiry, and the policy version. It contains no visitor ID and is not sent to LPTRH as a tracking profile. We honor the choice for up to 180 days before asking again. Clearing site data removes it earlier. If storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page.
Your display preference: lptrh-theme
When you switch between day and night mode, LPTRH saves only light or dark in local storage. It has no preset expiry and remains until you change it, clear site data, or your browser removes it. This keeps the display mode you requested.
Administrator access
Authorized administrators may also receive WordPress login, security, and session cookies when using the login or administration area. Their duration depends on WordPress session settings. Ordinary visitors do not need an account or these login cookies to browse.
Optional external media
YouTube and Kuula permissions start off. Local preview images appear before you make any choice. An embedded player connects to its provider only after permission and a play or start action.
YouTube videos
We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player at youtube-nocookie.com. Playing a video still sends technical and viewing information to Google and may involve cookies or other browser storage. The provider’s storage names and lifetimes can vary with its services and your browser or account settings. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google’s cookie information.
Kuula virtual tours
Starting a tour connects to Kuula. Kuula can receive technical and interaction information and may use cookies or other browser storage. The names and lifetimes of that storage are controlled by Kuula and may depend on its services and your settings. See the Kuula Privacy Policy.
LPTRH does not install visitor analytics tools or advertising pixels on this website. External media providers have their own data practices once you allow and load their content.
Changing or withdrawing permission
Open Cookie settings, turn a provider off and save, or choose Reject optional. This closes its active embedded player and blocks further loads without permission. Saved changes also apply to other open LPTRH tabs in the same browser when browser storage is available.
Withdrawing permission cannot erase cookies on another provider’s domain or information already received by that provider. Use your browser’s controls to review or clear cookies and site data, and the provider’s privacy controls for its records. Clearing browser data does not delete project correspondence or files held by LPTRH.
Necessary security and preference storage cannot be turned off in this panel. You can manage it through your browser, although blocking it may affect site access or prevent your choices from being remembered.
Links to other services
Booking, WhatsApp, social profiles, and links that open videos or tours externally take you to separate services. Those services use their own privacy and cookie settings. Permission saved on LPTRH does not control a separate website.
Updates and contact
We will update this policy when these practices change. If we introduce optional storage for a new purpose, we will request the relevant permission before using it.
