LPTRH LLC (“LPTRH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website or contact us about our architectural visualization and property marketing services.

Information you share with us
When you email us, message us on WhatsApp, or book a call, you choose what information to share. We may receive your name, business or professional role, email address, phone number, appointment details, and messages.
You may also send property addresses, drawings, photographs, design selections, and other project references. These files can contain personal information about you or others. Please send only material that is relevant to the project and that you are authorized to share.
The website has no public accounts, comments, contact form, newsletter signup, or online checkout. Our contact and booking links open your email application or an external service.
Website visits
When your browser requests a page or file, the server receives technical details such as your IP address, the address you requested, and information sent by your browser. Diagnostic or security records may contain these details, request times, and errors. We use this information to serve the website, investigate problems, and keep it operating securely.
Our website is hosted by GoDaddy and uses Cloudflare security services. These providers process technical request information to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare may set the necessary __cf_bm cookie to distinguish legitimate visits from automated abuse. Details of browser storage and your choices are in our Cookie Policy.
The website serves its own layout images and fonts. Videos and virtual tours use external services, as described below.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Reply to inquiries, discuss project requirements, and prepare individual estimates.
- Schedule calls, communicate with you, and produce, deliver, or support your project.
- Maintain relevant business records and handle questions or disputes.
- Operate and protect the website and meet applicable legal obligations.
We do not use client contact details to send advertising mailings or share them with other businesses for their marketing.
Who may receive your information
Team members and project collaborators may have access to information relevant to your inquiry or project. The services we use for email, scheduling, file storage, website operation, and media delivery may also process the information they need to provide those services.
We use Google services for business email and call scheduling, WhatsApp for messages, YouTube for videos, and Kuula for 360-degree tours. What each service receives depends on how you use it. If a provider uses information for its own purposes, its privacy policy also applies.
We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to respond to legal claims, prevent abuse, or protect rights and safety. We may also share information at your direction, for example with another person you include in a project conversation.
Browser storage and tracking
The website starts in night mode. If you switch modes, your browser saves that choice in local storage for later visits. The saved preference contains only the selected mode, is not sent to us as a visitor profile, and has no preset expiry. It stays until you change it, clear the site’s browser data, or your browser removes it.
We store your cookie choices in this browser for up to 180 days, including which external media providers you allow, when you made the choice, and the policy version. This record has no visitor ID and is not sent to LPTRH as a tracking profile. You can accept, reject, or change optional media permissions through Cookie settings.
LPTRH does not install advertising pixels or visitor analytics tools on this website. We do not track your activity across other websites for targeted advertising. Our website does not respond differently to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. The external services described below have their own tracking practices and controls.
Authorized website administrators may receive necessary WordPress login and session cookies. Visitors do not need to log in to browse the website.
Videos, tours, booking, and external links
YouTube videos and Kuula tours first show a preview image hosted with our website. Their players remain blocked until you allow the relevant provider and choose to play a video or start a tour. This connects your browser to the provider, which can receive your IP address, browser or device details, and information about how you interact with the content. The provider may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies.
You can withdraw permission through Cookie settings in the footer. This closes embedded players on our site and prevents further loads without permission. It does not erase information already received by a provider or storage on its domains. Use browser controls and the provider’s own settings for those records. External links open a separate service and are governed by that service’s policies.
We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embedding mode, but playing a video still involves data processing. You can browse the rest of the website without starting any videos or tours.
Links to Google Calendar, WhatsApp, and our YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok profiles open external services. We use ordinary links rather than embedded calendars, chat widgets, or social feeds. When you visit or use those services, they handle information under their own policies.
You can review the Google Privacy Policy, WhatsApp Privacy Policy, and Kuula Privacy Policy. Other linked platforms provide their privacy information on their own websites. Provider settings and browser controls can help you manage cookies and other storage.
How long we keep information
We have not yet set fixed schedules for deleting inquiry correspondence or project files. These records may stay in our business communications and project storage after an inquiry or project ends.
You can ask us to review or delete information by emailing hello@lptrh.com. In handling a request, we consider whether information is still needed for an ongoing project, support, business records, legal obligations, or a dispute. Some information may need to be retained for those purposes. Copies held by external services are also subject to their retention practices; clearing your browser data does not delete information already held by us or those services.
Your choices and privacy requests
You choose what to send us. You can contact us by email instead of using the booking or messaging services, and browse without starting embedded videos or tours. To remove your saved day or night mode preference, clear this website’s data in your browser settings.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by LPTRH, contact hello@lptrh.com. Describe your request and the email address or project that will help us locate the relevant information. Please do not send passwords, identity documents, or other sensitive material unless we have agreed on a suitable way to receive it.
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may also have the right to obtain a copy of your information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a relevant authority. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond as required by applicable law. Please also direct requests about a platform’s own account data to that platform.
Security and processing locations
No website, email, or messaging service can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information. If you believe information you shared with LPTRH has been accessed or used improperly, contact us at hello@lptrh.com.
External platforms may process information in the United States and other countries. The locations and protections depend on the provider and service.
Children
Our website and services are for real estate professionals and other business clients. They are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review it and arrange its removal where appropriate.

We may update this policy when our website, services, or information practices change. We will post the revised policy here with an updated date. If applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide that notice or obtain that consent.
